Ms. Mary F. Herndon



Ms Mary F. Herndon was born in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. She attended both grade and high schools in Bartlesville. She attended Oklahoma State Tech in Okmulgee and Bartlesville Business College.

She moved to Stillwater in 1969 to pursue a career at Oklahoma State University. She worked for Oklahoma State University’s Registrar’s Office, Veterans Services, and the School of Architecture. She ended a 10 year career with Oklahoma State University to take a position with the United States Department of Agriculture. While working with Soil Conservation Services she served two tours of duty in Washington, DC.

Ms Herndon began her career with Oklahoma State University’s Army ROTC in October of 1984. She has been awarded numerous commendables during Command Inspections, certificates of achievements and Commanders coins. She completed the Army Family Team Building Instructor Trainer I and II and Master Trainer Courses. Ms Herndon has 30 years of government service.
