Lieutenant Colonel Hosler enlisted in the US Army in 1994 and was commissioned as a Field Artillery Officer through Officer Candidate School in 1999. He transitioned to the Adjutant General Corps in 2002, and subsequently worked in a number of Adjutant General Corps positions. Over his career, he has deployed to both Iraq and Kuwait. He was assigned as the PMS for Oklahoma State University in May 2017.
